HILL FOR HEROES – Delegate Hill Walk
The Bendoc and Delegate districts have a proud history of service.
For generations, men and women from our small communities have stepped forward to serve our country — many never returning home.
Our area is rich in history, sacrifice, and quiet, unsung heroes.
In their honour, and in support of those currently serving, everyone is invited to join us:
📅 Sunday 29th March 2026
📍 Meet at Bendoc Hall – 9:30am start
We will walk to the top of Delegate Hill and back (approx. 19km).
A shorter option will also be available from the hill turn-off so anyone can take part.
🔥 BBQ lunch at Bendoc Hall once walkers return.
Come along for the full walk, the short walk, or simply to support the walkers — everyone is welcome.
This walk supports Soldier On, helping veterans and their families thrive after service.
It also marks the culmination of Caroline & Jonathon's 384km March Challenge throughout the month.
Let’s walk together as a community — to remember, to support, and to honor.
