The Kokoda Track marks the course of one of the most important battles for Australians in the Second World War.
It is one of the most striking places of Australian wartime history that can be visited.
The men who defended this rugged 96km track were the only line of defence protecting Australia from imminent invasion.
Now you can honour their memory, their bravery and the hardships they faced by taking part in the March On with Soldier On – Pinnacle Challenge and raise funds to help our modern-day heroes.
COVID-19 announcement
Due to the unprecedented nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, there is no way of knowing how travel to PNG and your participation in the Kokoda trek may be impacted at the time of the scheduled trek date. For this reason, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the March On Pinnacle Challenge for 2021. You have the option to join the March On with Soldier On - Mountain Challenge (Ten Aussie Summits) if state border restrictions are not enforced at the time.
However, we will keep you closely informed of any updates on COVID-19 and any implications this may place on the varying challenges. We also encourage you to express your interest now for when we run the Pinnacle Challenge in 2022.

A deposit of $500 by September 16th 2020 will be required to secure your spot, and payment is to be made during the online registration process. Trekkers are to provide the balance to Adventure Kokoda by Monday, February 15th 2021.
