For many veterans and their families, the transition from military to civilian life presents significant challenges including loss of identity, purpose and belonging; as well as social isolation; a higher risk of developing anxiety disorders or PTSD; a higher risk of some cancers, and a suicide risk of up to 2.2 times higher than the same Australian group of a given age.

Soldier On is Australia’s only national, fully integrated support services provider for members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families.

This charity supports more than 5,000 veterans and their family members through Health and Wellbeing services, Employment Support, Learning and Education Programs, as well as Participation and Social Connection activities.

Soldier On is committed to working side-by-side with veterans and their families to help secure their futures and enable them to thrive in every area of civilian life.
