Goal to Kokoda

4kms until you have conquered the length of the Kokoda Track!

Support my 96km challenge to save lives

This March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's lifesaving mental health services and to honour our brave veterans and their families.

Why 96kms? Because that's the length of the Kokoda Track to symbolise the courage and sacrifice of our service members.

Please March On with me and support my challenge, and together we can save lives.

$37 can fund a peer support session to 3 veterans, giving a safe and supportive space and an important first step in gaining the help they need.

Thanks so much for your support and wish me luck!

My Updates

Coffee and a chat

Wednesday 10th Mar
We received our team shirts yesterday - Thanks Foodbuy!
Proudly wearing the March On for With Soldier On logo today and two kids in tow I set off in search of coffee and km!

Coffee found a lovely gentleman said ‘I like your shirt’ as I left the shop
It took a minute to click and was lucky enough he was still close by as I asked. Are you a veteran?
He sure was.
Our chat moved into navy life and the reality of spending months away from family.  Robert spoke about the acclimation of coming home when your family has changed while your own world has stood still.
In his words. His marriage did not survive his return home.

Finding the time is hard... returning home from navy service overseas is harder
Let’s do this and support veterans and their families to March On.

Thank you to my Sponsors
