My Activity Tracking
My target 96 kms
Mental health is an incredibly important part of wellbeing and health, but is often overlooked or even ignored. This is especially the case for many ex-serving members, in whose time serving Australia have encountered confronting ordeals and sights.
My hope is for other veterans to find the same support when they transitioning from Defence as I had, through family, friends, and organisations like Soldier On.
This March, I am conquering 96km to support Soldier On's lifesaving mental health services and to honour our brave veterans and their families.
As a part of our team Doin' it for the Digs, I'll be doing solo hikes around Melbourne, as well as team pack marches together.
Why 96kms? Because that's the length of the Kokoda Track to symbolise the courage and sacrifice of our service members.
Thanks for your support!
