What we want to do
Hi Solider On Community,
We are Alexandra, Audrey, and Emily, students at Walford Anglican School for Girls, and we are deeply committed to raising awareness and support for those who have bravely served our country. As part of our school’s curriculum, we have been tasked with creating a service-oriented project, and we have chosen to focus on the community of retired war veterans.
Our initiative is a walkathon campaign. The event will be held along the River Torrens Linear Walk in Adelaide, with each of us seeking sponsorship at the rate of one dollar per hundred meters walked.
We kindly seek your support for this initiative in several ways. Firstly, we would greatly appreciate your help in promoting our campaign through your extensive social media channels to attract potential sponsors.
We plan to wear orange clothing and customised t-shirts with all proceeds raised from this fundraiser donated to Solider On to support their ongoing efforts to assist veterans.
We hope that this initiative aligns with your mission and would be honored to have your support.
