The Murph Challenge 2026 - Anduril Australia

By Anduril

On Friday, 1 May 2026, Anduril Australia team members will be taking on The Murph Challenge — one of the most demanding workouts of the year: a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run.

As members of Australia's defence industry, with many ex-service members among our team, we understand the meaning of service and sacrifice. We've seen firsthand the challenges that come with transitioning from military to civilian life, and we know that the battle doesn't always end when service does.

With ANZAC Day approaching, it's a time to remember those we've lost — not only those who fell in service, but also the serving and former ADF members we continue to lose to suicide. The transition from military to civilian life presents unique challenges, and too many veterans face ongoing struggles with mental health, identity, and connection.

This challenge is about more than fitness — it's about standing with our veterans and their families when they need us most.

Every dollar you donate supports Soldier On, providing vital mental health support, employment services, and holistic care to current and former Australian Defence Force personnel and their families as they transition to meaningful civilian lives.

Whether you can donate $10 or $100, your contribution will help us support Australia's service members and their families. Our team is doing something hard — please help us make it meaningful.

Donate today and stand with those who've served.

Lest We Forget.
